Censoring a newspaper
It encourages the students to think about their views on censorship and whether newspapers during wartime have a responsibility to provide the truth or whether occasionally it is suitable to bend it. This activity was accomplished during a session with 15 pupils over a 90 minute period. For a full class of 30, it is advisable to set aside two hours or perhaps spread the activities over two sessions.
